CSO completed an engagement for an innovative investment firm that specialized in the investment of precious metals on behalf of its clients. Our job was to undertake a thorough Threat Risk Assessment of the firm's premises, operations and IT infrastructure.

Our task was to define "gaps" and "hidden problems" within their physical security, operational policies and procedures and the hiring of staff - as well as other vulnerabilities. CSO undertook this mandate with the clear understanding that it had to be efficient in execution and effective in deployment, since there was a need to minimize disruption of day-to-day operations.
